SERPreach reviews healthcare SEO cases led by YourPortal Marketing’s reported 3,103% organic-user growth for a therapy practice, with a chiropractic case adding call-growth data.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – September 29, 2026 – SERPreach today released a healthcare SEO performance report led by YourPortal Marketing’s case showing 3,103% growth in organic users for a Chicago therapy practice. A second case from Hoopless, reporting more than twice as many calls for a Columbus chiropractic practice after eight months, extends the measurement view from visibility to patient enquiries.

Key Findings

  • The same vendor case reports 2,670% growth in new users and 973% growth in direct traffic. These metrics describe different channels and visitor groups and should not be added together. [Source: YourPortal Marketing, Chicago therapy-practice SEO case study]

  • Neither case isolates search work from every other possible influence, such as a low starting baseline, brand activity, seasonality, website changes or local demand. [Source: SERPreach interpretation of the published case designs]

Translate Traffic Growth Into Patient Demand

The therapy case’s 3,103% increase puts the scale of the reported result in concrete terms: the ending value is 32.03 times the starting value. The absolute number of users added still depends on the undisclosed baseline, and small starting values can create large percentage changes. Direct traffic also cannot automatically be credited to organic search because analytics may classify visits as direct when referrer information is missing.

“Healthcare marketers should ask for the baseline and the appointment data before treating a traffic percentage as a business result,” said Sabahat Ali, founder of SERPreach. “Users, calls, booked appointments and attended appointments are separate stages, and each deserves its own count.”

The cases also cover different services and patient journeys. A therapy practice and a chiropractic practice may differ in geography, urgency, insurance arrangements, appointment availability and how prospective patients choose a provider. Those differences make a cross-practice ranking of SEO performance inappropriate.

A more useful measurement framework would track nonbrand search visibility, calls and forms, qualified appointment requests, booked appointments and attendance. Practices should document attribution windows and protect patient privacy. Marketing analytics should avoid collecting unnecessary health details, and published cases should use client results only with documented permission.

Methodology

SERPreach reviewed selected, vendor-published cases from YourPortal Marketing and Hoopless and recalculated the meaning of the reported growth rate. It did not audit analytics, patient records or attribution. The two cases are presented separately and do not establish healthcare-sector performance.
